Description - Mandarin Lesson

Designed to be a stepping stone to know Mandarin system, Chinese characters and Chinese culture.

This program will enable you to:
-- lay a solid foundation for further studies of Mandarin.
-- build up basic vocabulary & develop listening & oral skills.
-- grasp phonetics (Pinyin system) & self-learning skills.
-- familiar with Chinese characters and the writing skill.

Teacher: Native Speaker with The Certificate of First class and second level in National Proficiency Test of Putonghua(Mandarin) issued by the Chinese Government.

Cantonese Lesson

Classes focus on the four main language skills of speaking, listening, reading & writing. This course is suitable for total beginners and introduces students to the language, correct pronunciations and basic grammer. They will greeting and introductions and be taught, how to talk about their family, their work, their hobbies and their typical day. Teacher have many years teaching experience at Glasgow Chinese School.

Target Learner: Zero/Basic background in Cantonese

An introduction level course for a beginner to the language.  The course, developed by our native cantonese teacher introduces simple words and phrases as well as developing a basic knowledge of tones, phonics.

Time: Saturday 11am - 12:30pm or Sunday 12pm - 1:30pm

Aged: 5-12 years old

Fee: £120 / 10 lessons

Mandarin - Beginners

An introduction level course for a beginner to the language.  The course developed by our native mandarin teacher introduces simple words and phrases as well as developing a basic knowledge of tones, phonics.
